End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Atanas Oreshkov ("Licensor") for the KMP Project Wizard software plugin ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

1.1 Free Tier: Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the core features of the Software for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.

1.2 Pro Tier (Upcoming): Advanced features marked as "Pro" require a valid paid license key. Usage of Pro features is subject to the purchase of a subscription or perpetual license via the JetBrains Marketplace.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Software.
• Modify or create derivative works based upon the Software.
• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the Software as a standalone product.
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
